The network and graphics cards are not working.
Bob S. suggested that I go to the Gateway site and get the most recent drivers.
This is such a big difference between Linux and Windows install. Linux had the drivers and the ones it was missing it downloaded. Everything worked out of the box.
I am still struggling with windows.
